We went camping with a bunch of the Gold clan over Labor Day weekend.
It was PERFECT!
Weather was amazing. Spending time with family was amazing.
The Deschutes River was AMAZING! And tubing down the river was an absolute blast and that's what we spent most of our time doing.
This is a place we definitely want to go back to...and soon!
Tumalo is near Bend and so there are lots of great hikes in the area, too.
The Big Obsidian Flow was a great family hike and so, so beautiful. All along the way there were plaques to read that explained exactly how and when the flow happened and how rare of a spot we were standing in.
I love Oregon.
