Eli looks forward to going to Cub Scout Camp each year. Camp Ireland had been around since Matt was a kid, and maybe even before....so they know how to do scout camp!
And the boys love it.
This year I went up for the day, on the very last day of camp, with my great friend Julie.
Eli and her son are the best of friends and I love every minute I get to spend with her.

In the last pic they were doing their best zombie impersonations. I think Nathan trumped them all!
They took their camp flag with them wherever they went.
I appreciate the values that are instilled in these boys.
Who wouldn't want their sons to learn about having a positive attitude and cooperating with others?

I loved that they gave them tons of free time this year to play and be free.
For three hours we watched them run and run and run and run.....
They were exhausted when it was time to go home, which made us mommies very happy!
