This year we celebrated Christmas with the ENTIRE Gold family. Like, as in, the entire family. There were 43 of us in all. 17 adults and 26 grand kids. Holy moly, that's a lot of people!
And it was FUN!
About 10ish years ago Matt and I started the tradition of celebrating Christmas Eve with the Gold's and Christmas day with the Tripp's. We've loved that tradition. But with every single one of Matt's siblings and their families coming into town, Matt felt strongly that this year we should celebrate Christmas day with the Gold's.
And celebrate we did.
It was so great seeing all the cousins hanging out. It was wonderful spending time with family we don't get to see often enough.
And of course there were lots of laughs.
Christmas Eve we did our annual "Christmas Cash Bonanza" hosted by Jim & Clarka.
We had to do embarrassing things, share amazing talents or perform feats of strength to get our chance at a scoop of Christmas cash.
I impressed my husband when I did 10 manly push up's.
Yeah, the Army called me yesterday. They said the wanted their guns back ( now imagine me kissing my biceps). Ha, I'm so funny!
And I was impressed when my scoop of cash totaled more than 10 dollars.
It was such a fun night.
