On Saturday we found this cute little family run Christmas tree lot.
We searched and searched for the perfect tree.
Matt gave Eli a turn with the saw.
Ivy spent her time picking bouquets of dead flowers.
We finally found the perfect tree!
Everybody pitched in and helped drag it to the truck.
On the way home we stopped to play at the park.
Matt and Eli drove the wagon. Whoa boys!
Staring contest.
Eli getting ready for his WWF competition.
Matt and I frolicked and played the Eskimo way. Just jokin'!
Then we trimmed the Christmas tree while we listened to Christmas tunes and drank hot chocolate. Matt even decided to get creative and add a secret ingredient to our hot chocolate. Matt, I love you a lot. In fact, I adore you, but please don't add peanut butter to the hot chocolate next time. Plain with marshmallows is just the way it's supposed to be:0)
Christmas is here! What a perfect time of year.

happy holidays!! woot woot.
I have such great memories of cutting down our Christmas trees. I wish they had those lots here. Picking it out of a parking lot just isn't the same!
Your fam is so dang cute.
p.s. I have the same background on my blog. I didn't copy, I promise! I guess we both just have good taste!
