7 Weird Things

I've been tagged by Rebecca and here are the rules.....name 7 interesting or weird facts about yourself then tag other friends to do the same.



1. I am cold blooded. I get cold very easily. Not my feet though. Only my arms and up. Even if it's 90 degrees outside and I feel a breeze on my neck, I get cold. I would happily live in Arizona or Hawaii:0)



2. I have never broken a bone or had stitches because of a traumatic accident. The only time I have had stitches was from having to get moles biopsied or pushing a baby out. We all know where those stitches were, so I won't go into detail:0)



3. I love documentary type movies and shows on T.V. I loved the movie 7 Years In Tibet. My husband said it felt like it took 7 years to watch, but I found it to be very interesting.



4. My new love is canning. I never thought i'd be interested in it, but this last year I mastered spaghetti sauce and just this last weekend I tried my hand at canning three different types of salsa. The tomatillo and fire roasted ones are my favorite. And all the ingredients came from our garden!



5. I am PADI Scuba certified. Matt wanted to take a free scuba resort course when we went to Hawaii 5 years ago. I only did it because he wanted to. When the scuba master asked if we wanted to do a dive in the ocean I immediately said,"NO WAY!". After much persuasion from my beloved hubby I reluctantly agreed only to discover that I had not packed a swim suit for Hawaii, so I went diving buck naked under my wet suit. Long story short...I fell in love with diving and both Matt and I took additional courses to become fully scuba certified. We have now dove in Hawaii, Mexico, and Belize. I am hooked.



6. I have a sister that is 11 1/2 months younger than me. We get to be the same age for 15 days every year before I turn a year older. She is April 2nd and I am April 17th. I cannot imagine pushing out another baby before my other baby had even turned 1! CRAZY! I never felt like the oldest child growing up. My sis was always there, so I really felt more like a twin. Can you imagine my Mom at my three month check up being told that she was about to do it all again? I think I would have died.



7. I have the sexiest husband on this side of the rockies. ( He told me to say that!) Actually, for my last interesting fact... both Matt and I were engaged to different people before we met. When we talk about dates when engagements were broken off ( so close to the same time) and things leading up to why as well as events leading up to our meeting we can see the Lord's hand in it. We were supposed to be together. I am married to my best friend and I CANNOT imagine my life without him. I would not be complete. We are like Michael Jackson and his glove. (GAG!)
