Welcome, Summer!

 During the last week of school I was invited to go to Ivy's first grade class and watch them perform 

The Three Little Pigs. 

Ivy was the pig who bought the straw and built herself a straw house. When the big bad wolf blew her house down she ran to her good friend Mylie's house. Mylie was the pig who bought the sticks. Yeah, the wolf blew her house down, too.

The play was so cute. The best 15 minutes I spent that day:)

Eli has been busy playing flag football and just had his last game on Saturday. It was a fun season for him, but he decided he didn't love it, so I guess we're on to new things.

And to make Saturday complete, we set up the pool. 

It immediately attracted the neighbor kids!

And pool parties are always way more fun with friends.
