Several years ago I never went to get my hair done. I would always cut and color it myself. Well, because I am no professional I also had a couple of hair mishaps, which are to a woman very traumatic! I finally decided to let the professionals do their magic. The problem is, I am never happy with the haircut I get and always end up chopping at it myself anyways. So, after Saturday morning session of conference I decided that I was going to be brave and cut and color my own hair. I really like how it turned out and i'm so happy with my new Nice and Easy hair color(natural dark brown for those that care). Matt says he likes this hair cut alot better than the last several I have gotten, and I must say that I do to. I also like that I just saved us about 100.00. When Ivy starts first grade I think I might get serious about going to beauty school so I can eventually open a salon in our home. Thursday, April 10, 2008

your hair looks cute! I can't believe you can cut it yourself and make it look appealing!! You are a stud. The color looks good too...it's weird seeing you with brown hair when it's been blondish for soooo long. But I like it. I'm getting my hair cut and colored at some point! I really am...It's driving me insane!! It needs something done with it. It's happening in the near future I hope.

I love your hair dark! Is that your natural color? I only remember it being blond. That's awesome you cut it yourself. My younger sister does that too. I'm always amazed! You'd be great as a hair-doer:-)

I cut my own hair, too. We've moved so much in the last five years, I finally stopped trying to find someone I liked, only to be disappointed. I can do everything but the very back, and Brad helps me out with that. It's kinda fun, huh?
No kidding about opening a salon in the home. Wouldn't that be a great thing? I think you should do it!
